    Moira is an Organizational Development consultant, facilitator, and coach with experience spanning over 25 years and encompassing leadership roles in a Fortune 80 company, startups, as well as consulting with leaders and teams in numerous small businesses, nonprofits, and Fortune 500 companies. Her consultations leverage her considerable skills and knowledge in areas such as change management, team dynamics, productivity, and leadership effectiveness. Since 2011 she has offered Mindfulness training programs to various organizations as well as holding the qualification to teach MBSR.

    MaryBeth is an executive coach and consultant in mindfulness with more than 20 years' experience across management consulting, corporate finance and corporate HR. She has worked extensively with senior executives and global teams as a coach and consultant on talent development initiatives. MaryBeth has a long personal mindfulness practice, and is passionate about about how mindfulness can positively impact potential, effectiveness and well-being. A highly experienced facilitator, he has worked extensively with senior executives and global teams to unleash high performance. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies and social sector organizations, in areas such as health care, communication technology, manufacturing, insurance, and entertainment.   • Denise Clegg, MAPP

    Denise has more than 20 years experience leading organizations and in organizational development. After earning a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, she directed the Penn Positive Neuroscience Project, the Penn Center for Neuroscience and Society, and served on the international training team for the Penn Resilience Program. Denise has many years of personal experience with mind training and teaches on the science and practice of mindfulness as a foundation for resilience and performance.

    Andrea is an organizational consultant, executive coach, and expert facilitator with a particular interest in supporting the increased effectiveness, performance, and well-being of organizations, leaders, teams, and individuals. Prior to starting the management consulting and executive coaching firm SwiftRiver Associates, Andrea spent 25 years in senior-level roles at top global companies, including The Boston Consulting Group, Fidelity Investments, IBM Corporation, and Ropes & Gray. For over 20 years, she’s both had a personal mindfulness practice and has taught mind training techniques.

    Michelle has experience in organization development, employee communications, strategic planning and marketing, and has consulted to Fortune 100 corporations, global advertising agencies, on-line start-ups, national nonprofits, and government agencies. She has also trained and worked as a psychotherapist and counselor, giving her a strong understanding of the psychological and emotional processes that influence individual and organizational performance. Michelle holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and MA in clinical social work from University of Chicago.

  • Bill Scheinman

    Bill is a mindfulness teacher with a broad knowledge of meditative disciplines from over 20 years of intensive mindfulness practice. He has created and facilitated mindfulness programs in corporate settings, has taught more than 50 cycles of mindfulness-based stress reduction since 2008, and works with individuals as a coach. He is the former Board president of the San Francisco Insight Meditation Community and is the author of the mindfulness guide Moment by Moment.

    As an Executive Coach with more than 20 years of business experience, David understands the unique demands of managing stress at work from the inside out. He's held leadership positions at eBay and Charles Schwab and at global brand consultancies, Landor and Siegel + Gale, where he led employee engagement programs to drive culture change and business growth. He teaches MBSR at UCSF and the San Francisco Zen Center, and is a Wellness Advisor at Stanford University. Emma has personal experience practicing mind training for 15 years, and was introduced to mindfulness in a corporate environment through a large program at Carlsberg. Most recently at Genentech/Roche, she managed early career leadership programs and launched the company’s first formal mindfulness training program for 5,000 US employees to enhance performance and effectiveness. Through her consulting practice, she delivers high-impact learning and coaching services to organizations that view employee health & wellbeing as a competitive advantage. Deb earned degrees in Organizational Psychology from Stanford (BA) and San Francisco State (MS) and is a Wellcoaches certified health coach.

    Ann Dunnewold, PhD, is a licensed psychologist with three decades of experience assisting individuals and organizations in maximizing performance while minimizing stress.
