  • Enrique Escauriaza

    Enrique is an Executive Coach and an expert in Leadership. Teaches mindfulness skills and stress reduction techniques at IESE Business School and in large corporations in Spain. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and an MBA by IESE. He has been practicing mindfulness techniques for more than 12 years. Currently based in Barcelona, Enrique has lived and worked in Pondicherry (India) and in several countries and Latin America. Enrique works effectively in English and Spanish.

  • Celia Pipó

    Celia began her career in marketing and business communication, following a technological path that led her to work in Microsoft for almost 20 years. She has held a wide range of Program Management, Engineering, Research, Partner and Customer Engagement roles across the company, leading projects in different markets with remote and diverse teams. Her interest in Mind training led her in 2009 to start a journey in mindfulness which she soon incorporate it in her professional life as a tool for leadership, communication, change and team management. Incorporating mindfulness was key for Celia to maintain focus, balance and enjoying the fast-paced, always-on work life. Familiarized with the global teams dynamics and with the benefits of mind training, she is now passionate about introducing mindfulness into the Corporate world to increase well-being, focus and Organizational Excellence. Celia works effectively in English, Spanish, and Catalan.

  • Diogo Rolo

    Following an initial academic training in Economics (BSc) and Finance (MSc), Diogo Rolo spent the following 7 years of his career doing investment banking in one of Portugal's leading banks, BPI, advising European and Australian institutional clients on Portuguese and Spanish equities. Since 2013 he has been working in high stress / high performance organizations, both 1:1 and with groups, having his work focused in 3 key areas: increasing resilience levels, implementing lasting change processes and developing leadership skills. Since 2016, he has been keen on using the Potential Project’s approach to mind training as a way to help build, and sustain over time, higher levels of both professional and personal performance.

  • Stephen Stynes

    Stephen has worked extensively in senior management and business owner roles in Ireland, US, Spain and Latin America. Since 2011 he has coached and trained hundreds of individuals and teams on the subject of entrepreneurial mindset, helping entrepreneurs and executives to accelerate their personal and professional success. He has practiced mindfulness for the past 7 years and, based on his own personal experience, is passionate about teaching how it can drive high performance by creating a real change in how we think, work and live.
