Evaluations and science on CBMT
The CBMT program has been evaluated by the external consultancy, Health Group. The results are remarkable. Participants report significant improvement in ability to focus, concentrate, abstract from distractions, find creative solutions, avoid negative thought patterns and cope with pressure and stress. Furthermore people experience a strong positive impact on social relations, productivity and team performance in general.
Scientific research on mindfulness
Mindfulness training has become one of the hottest topics in the scientific field. The fact that more than 2500 research projects have been conducted on mindfulness training over the last 15 years speaks for itself. The reason why? Scientists want to understand why mindfulness has such a beneficial impact on most of the problems we experience in relation to both body and mind.
Evaluations and science
Science lies at the very heart of the CBMT program. The creation of the program has only been possible due to the work and contributions of leading scientist. We are actively collaborating with researchers in the fields of psychology, neuroscience, organizational development and business management. This collaboration provides us insight to continuously improve our programs.
Among others, we are collaborating with:
- Professor Jayanth Narayanan from Department of Management and Organisation at National University of Singapore Business School
- Professor Jochen Reb from Singapore Management University and academic visitor at Cambridge University, Cambridge Judge Business School
- Christian Gaden Jensen at Neurobiological Research Unit, States Hospital of Denmark
